- Vendor relationship Management – defining responsibilities, streamlining procurement & tender processes,
- Core banking source code take-over – evaluating 3 alternative scenarios to maintain the legacy retail core banking system with a 5 years horizon,
- Core banking stabilisation – Managing a program made-up of 9 independent work streams to increase availability and reliability and boost performance of the legacy retail core banking system,
- Identity- & Access Management – Contributing critical expert knowledge ensuring a corporate wide approach,
- Core banking migration – Coordinating inter project issues, vendor communication volume reporting (Rebuilding relationship to the vendor, providing transparency to the CIO),
- Legacy core banking system stabilization – Performance improvement, ORACLE migration, Source code takeover (Coordinating an ad hoc taskforce, channelling ad hoc actions into a project),
- Business Continuity Management – Setting up backup data centre activities, drafting project charter. (Selecting a best of breed advisor, providing a project charter),
- Architecture and QA & Testing – Contributing critical expert’s knowledge hiring, coaching & guiding (Providing architecture & QA expert advice, setting up the QA&T department).
