• New payment portal that can be accessible through multiple entry points, with a consistent look and feel that is customer centric.
• Required in the back end such as notification, administrator page, etc… to operationalize the end to end flow

Challenges

• Multiple platforms for various products
• No single payment portal to be shared across platforms
• Needs to support multiple type of transactions and payment methods
• Complex client applications infrastructure
• Need to be easily configurable to include new transaction types, payment mode and leverage on business rules

• 2 Scrum Teams – 15 people
• 1 Scrum team in Vietnam & 1 Scrum team in Singapore
• 7 sprints to production GO-LIVE
