Implementation of a BaFin compliant Identity & Access Management

Role: Advisor & subject matter expert

– Implementation of policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance with the requirements of the German regulatory body for the financial sector (BaFin). Main focus was on providing group wide transparency and timely proof on compliant implementation of the “minimum requirements to risk management” (MaRisk) with respect to Segregation of duties, handling of sensitive privileges and emergency procedures in an SAP environment.

– Drafting requirements for a corporate wide identity management foundation project.
