Business challenges need to be resolved:

• The current application that administrates the cash management process is approaching end-of-life. Although it does work well within the current operational boundaries, it is inflexible and will be out of support by 2020.
• Client’s aspiration is to expand in several key areas, including selling services in other countries. They need an application which is agile and allows them to easily add new features and expand their business.

Core values

• Manage the movement of cash (notes and coins), from large retail outlets such as supermarkets and banks.
• Receive, count, and reconcile this cash on behalf of their customers.
• Store the cash (in a “Vault”), and distribute the cash out again (for example to ATMs)
• All takes place within a highly secure environment.
